The Separatists have taken Praesitlyn, a crucial Republic communications hub. To take it back, the Jedi have dispatched Anakin Skywalker under the command of Corellian Jedi, Nejaa Halcyon. Their clone forces join those of Freedom's Sons, an independent fighting group allied to the Jedi. In the thick of a truly volatile battlefront, Anakin is surrounded by rule-benders. It will be a trial to emerge from this crucible victorious, and as a full Jedi Knight, without giving sway to the temptation to bend -- or violently shatter -- the strict edicts of the Jedi Code.

Note: Chris Cerasi, a former editor for LucasBooks, confirmed on the starwars.com message board that this novel will feature Anakin Skywalker.
