First I would like to apologize for not posting much news lately, and for still not finishing the move to www.theclonewarz.net. I've been very busy.

Tommorrow night I will post part 1 of our interview with Jim Luceno, and I promise I will finish moving the site to the new url within a week from today.

Now, on to the BIG news!

Today at Celebration III, George Lucas announced a new 3D Amination Clone Wars series! They will be full half hour long episodes. He didn't mention when they will be released, but I would guess that they would probably air sometime in 2006.

From Lucas himself, "Not the first question, but probably the one most anticipated by fans was about the future of Star Wars on television. 'You know we're doing a pilot television series now called Clone Wars,' said Lucas. 'Well we're going to take that and turn it into a 3-D animated version full series.' Lucas described the episodes as being 30 minutes in length." - Thank the Maker: George Lucas
