Available for PS2 and Gamecube.  Okay so it’s not a book.  It still has a place in the timeline. Count Dooku and his Confederacy of Independent Systems are waging war against the Republic, and it's up to Jedi leaders commanding battalions of troopers to stop their efforts. The Separatists are on the verge of assembling an ancient Sith weapon, and Anakin Skywalker, Obi-Wan Kenobi and Mace Windu-- three player-controlled Jedi -- must intervene.

What Boba discovers on that war-torn world known as Raxus Prime will change his life. The Clone Wars continue to spread across the galaxy, and Fett is caught in their crossfire . His adventures will lead him from the refuse heaps of the galaxy to firefights among the clouds

Republic Comic series Issue # 50---It is two months since the Clone Wars began on Geonosis.  After a series of indecisive skirmishes, the Seperatists rally for a bold charge against the cloning facilities on Kamino, the source of the Republic's army. To defend this vital asset, the Republic has dispatched a squadron of Jedi Starfighters and a battalion of Clone Troopers under the command of the Jedi. The result is a battle that blazes through space, through the cities, and through the crashing waves of Kamino.

The outbreak of the Clone Wars has not only split the galaxy, but now has split the Jedi order. Ambivalent or disaffected Jedi Knights have been swayed by Count Dooku’s claims of corruption in the Republic, and some have actively joined the Separatist movement. Shaak Ti(Jedi Comic series)

Shaak Ti is renowned as the calm-voiced peacemaker of the Jedi Council. The dire circumstances of the Clone Wars, however, have limited the effectiveness of negotiation.
