Summary: A bounty had been placed on Jedi, from the Confederation, and during the Battle of Null, several Jedi are cut down by Bounty Hunters. In response, Mace Windu, Kit Fisto, Saesee Tiin and Agen Kolar set out to the bounty hunter guild that placed the bounties and ordered that they take off the bounties or they will be taken down.

What Worked: I had a really good feeling about this issue, and for good reason. It is wonderfully done, on all levels. Story, characters, art and style is all excellently done, bringing us another excellent Clone Wars story from the master team of Duursema and Ostrander.

Art-wise, excellent. I fell in love with the cover, and was very impressed with Duursema's art in this latest edition. We see some very, very cool panels, and it only gets better.

Story-wise, the story covers many different battles, and even some side-stories that bring us to some other characters. We see Aayla find out the truth about her master's "Defection" and some cool references that bring the Mandalorians into the war. But the main event blows them all away. Jedi laying a smack-down on bounty hunters. What can top that, other than ARC troopers? Plus having Mace Windu leading it. The way that they go about taking down the station is fun to read and see, as Mace just walks in and sips some tea while things go bad all over.

What Didn't Work: Nothing.

Overall, A high-speed, kickass installment of the Republic line of comics.
