Significance in the Clone Wars
The Republic operated several material lines in Devaron space, several of which were being hampered by pirates. After several attacks, the Republic sent in Jedi Aayla Secura and Kit Fisto to deal with the problem. Aayla and several companions met with a senator on the ground, who later turned out to be the one leading the Pirate base and providing them with information. She also hired bounty hunter Aurra Sing to track down those who were after her. Sing and Secura eventually faced off while the Dark Women and another Jedi tracked down the Pirate Base. Sing was defeated and captured. The Senator was later executed for her treason.
