Before the Clone Wars… Trained on Kamino to become a Clone Commander.
During the Clone Wars… Neyo wore different armor than that of most Clone Troopers- he modified his helmet slightly and wore red markings. Towards the end of the Clone Wars, he was assigned to the planet Saleucami, one of the major battles in the Outer Rim sieges. It was after the battle was over that he recieved the Order 66 from Chancellor Palpatine, while flying with Strass Allie on a Speeder Bike Patrol. He and a fellow trooper opened fire on the Jedi, killing her.
After the Clone Wars… Unknown, although Neyo most likely went on to train and lead Storm Troopers.
