Lorz Geptun was a member of the Balawai Security on Haruun Kal.
During the Clone Wars…
Month 6 ABG: Colonel Geptun became Chief of Security for Pelek Baw, and was in charge of the local militia. Shortly after Jedi Master Mace Windu was arrested, Geptun questioned him, and released him after Windu agreed to take care of the Jedi, Depa Billaba who was helping the jungle forces. Geptun took Windu's lightsaber and found ways to track the Jedi with it. Using Windu as a target, he was able to find where the main Korunnai population was and attacked it with orbital weapons. Windu later confronted the man and convinced him to surrender after the battle moved to the city. Geptun was later able to deactivate the comm jamming that covered the city's communications. He then volunteered to join the Republic after it was found that he was not responsible for war crimes.
