During the Clone Wars…

Commander Bly was assigned to fight under General-Jedi Master Aayla Secura's command shortly before the Battle of Honoghr. During that battle, he assisted her as she worked with defector Quinlan Vos to recover a vital piece of Separatist chemical weapon. Bly was wounded by Vos, who escaped. Bly customized his armor with yellow stripes and equipment pouches. The two would later be assigned to the Outer Rim sieges, and were then moved to the planet Felucia to track down a Separatist leader. While en-route, they recieved word that Coruscant was under attack and that the chancellor was missing. While Aayla wanted to turn back, Bly reminded her that they were too far out. They continued on, and rescued a pair of trapped Jedi. While they were there, they tripped a trap left behind by the Separatist leaders, which released a toxin into the groundwater. During the last days of the Clone Wars, Bly and Aayla worked to shut down the water plants on the planet. They were on their way to one station when Bly recieved a message from Chancellor Palpatine: Execute Order 66. Gathering his men, they opened fire on Aayla, killing her.

After the Clone Wars…

Unknown, but Bly was most likely called upon to train and lead the first Storm Troopers.
