Boorka the Hutt was greedy and conniving, and would do anything to become more powerful than his fellow Hutts. He was a rival of fellow Hutt, Jabba.

During the Clone Wars…

Month 1 ABG: Told the Dark Jedi, Sev'rance Tann, about the Republic's Decimator project, but only after Tann had earned his respect by killing a group of his guards, and by destroying the Republic spaceport on Tatooine.

Sold out to the Republic by Jabba the Hutt, who thought he had gone too far by helping the Confederacy. Killed by the armies of Ehuu Shen-Jon when the Jedi's forces destroyed every Confederacy presence on Tatooine.
