Before the Clone Wars…

Asajj Ventress grew up on the barbaric planet Rattatak. The planet was filled with constant violence perpetrated by competing Warlords. One such Warlord, Osika Kirske, murdered Asajj's parents when she was very young. A jedi by the name of Ky Narec happened to be stranded on the planet and he discovered that Asajj had the ability to use the force. Having no way to leave the planet or make contact with the Jedi Council, Ky Narec took it upon himself to train Ventress. In an attempt to bring peace to Rattatak, Narec and Ventress began fighting the Warlords and uniting armies to their cause. The Warlords retaliated and Ky Narec was killed by Osika Kirske. Asajj eventually conquered all of the Warlords and became leader of Rattatak. The loss of her parents and her master Ky Narec left her bitter and hatefull. She blamed the Republic and the Jedi for abandoning her planet and her master.

During the Clone Wars…

Month 2 ABG: Asajj was recruited by Count Dooku when he paid a visit to Rattatak.

Month 3 ABG: Asajj helped Durge in the Battle of Ohma-D'un. Asajj killed Jedi Knight Glaive during the battle. Asajj confronted Mace Windu on Ruul after killing a few of the dissidents he was meeting with. Asajj fled the planet after realizing she was no match for Mace.

Month 4 ABG: Asajj helped Durge kill four Jedi on Queyta. Asajj did not kill Obi-Wan, which resulted in him escaping with the antidote to a biological weapon used by Durge in the battle of Ohma-D'un. Asajj confronted Anakin Skywalker during the Space Battle over Muunilinst. Asajj fled to Yavin IV when she realized Skywalker was a better starpilot. Asajj fought Anakin Skywalker on Yavin IV. Asajj was defeated by Skywalker, but she surived the encounter.

Month 9 ABG: Asajj was involved peripherally in the Battle of Dagu.

Month 12 ABG: Asajj tried to foil Obi-Wan Kenobi and Kit Fisto when the two Jedi went to Ord Cestus to stop the Bio Droid threat. Asajj failed, but was able to slip escape safely.

Month 15 ABG: Asajj captured Obi-Wan Kenobi and Alpha during the Battle of Jabiim.

Month 17 ABG: Asajj's plans were foiled once again when Obi-Wan Kenobi and Alpha escaped from imprisonment on Rattatak. Asajj hated Kenobi even more since he stole the lightsaber of her dead master, Ky Narec, as he was escaping.

Month 20 ABG: Asajj placed bounties on the heads of several high ranking Jedi.

Month 30 ABG: Asajj played a role in the Confederacy's failed attempt to takeover the important world Praesitlyn. Asajj was present on Vjun during Yoda's mission there.

Month 31 ABG: Asajj helped Wat Tambor escape from his citadel on Xagobah when the Republic overtook the planet. Asajj, with the help of Tol Skorr, attempted to bring Quinlan Vos to Count Dooku during the Battle of Rendili. Asajj was foiled by Obi-Wan Kenobi. Asajj confronted Anakin Skywalker on Coruscant. Asajj was defeated by Skywalker, but although she was badly injured, she survived the encounter. Asajj went to Boz Pity to recover from her injuries.

Month 32 ABG: Asajj was found by Obi-Wan Kenobi during the First Battle of Boz Pity. Asajj was abandoned by Count Dooku when he saw that Boz Pity was lost. Asajj attempted to kill Obi-Wan Kenobi. Asajj was defeated by Anakin Skywalker. Asajj was believed dead by Kenobi and Skywalker. Asajj's body was loaded onto a Medical Frigate and sent to Coruscant for a proper funeral. Asajj, who was still very much alive, hijacked the Medical Frigate and told the pilot to take her far away from everything.

After the Clone Wars…

Asajj came to hate not only the Republic and the Jedi, but also Dooku, the Confederacy, and everything about the Clone Wars. She decided to just get away from it all, but where she went is unknown.
